Reading tarot has always come incredibly natural to me. It's truly a language of the unseen world. For those of you who are not familiar with reading tarot here is a brief overview of how I see/believe it be.
WHAT IS A TAROT READ?
In a deck of 78 cards, each card has its own meaning. There are 4 major symbols; Pentacles, Swords, Cups, and Wands. Each of the 4 represent different aspects of who we are and what surround our world both seen and unseen. For example, Pentacles represent physical, Swords represent the mind, Cups represent emotion, and Wands represent confidence/personality.
As a reader, of course it's important to memorize each card. However, the magic comes in the use of intuition for an energetic read on the individual. It's more than just the memorization of each card, it's about the relationship between all cards pulled and the emotions and sensations that are built within the specific combination of selected cards.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you're like me and many other humans who believe nothing is random or that nothing is a coincidence, then you'll understand how tarot readings work quite well. The importance of in depth tarot readings lie in the combination of cards selected. If nothing is random, then ever card selected constructs a fluid story of the seen and unseen world. The reader then interprets the message behind the combination of cards and continues to do so as the reading progresses.
