What is Spiritual Coaching
I believe we are all spiritual beings simply having a human experience. Our human experience conditions us to believe that each day is mundane with little to no magic and that our reality is out of our control. Some people are born with gifts to see behind the veil but that doesn’t mean we are not ALL entirely capable of it! With self awareness, knowledge, the right tools, and inspiration, we all have the capability to step into our true power and experience connection to the universe.
Spirituality is not a one size fits all. It’s multifaceted and multidimensional. There is no right or wrong way of doing things when it is coming from love, acceptance, gratitude, and patience. During your spiritual coaching session, we will work to deepen your understanding of what spirituality means to you and which types of tools may be of service to you on your journey.
Tools can be anything related to meditation, reiki, crystals, herbs, oils, singing, dancing etc… Tools are not present in our life to mask the darkness, they are there to keep us centered as we work THROUGH the darkness; helping us stay in our power of individuality and authenticity.

How much does a 1 hour coaching session cost?
**1 hour virtual or in-person session = $60

Do I need more than one session?
Only if you want! There are no commitments to multiple sessions. Hey, one session may be all you need to get you started! However, it’s my highest honor to be of service to humanity and raise the vibration of the planet so I am not going anywhere if you'd like multiple sessions at your convenience.
